OUR WHY
A Growing Crisis
The building and construction industry is the lifeblood of our economy and the backbone of our everyday lives. And yet, the industry faces a severe labor shortage — one that will only worsen when an estimated 41% of the current US construction workforce retires by 2031. At the same time, women are dramatically underrepresented in the field, occupying just 11% of jobs and an even smaller percentage in skilled labor roles.

Our Approach
